Laura is Director of Monaco & UAE and leads our Monaco-based office. Before arriving to Conway+, she spent six years as COO and CMO of an international creative and digital agency. With more than 10 years experience in 360° integrated marketing, she specializes in luxury and niche markets and has worked with multiple clients in super yachting, private aviation, and real estate. With client satisfaction as her primary goal, her role at Conway+ is to promote the agency, connect with targeted clientele in defined markets, curate the right team to meet company objectives, and supervise each project from planning to fruition.
