Merideth Richards

As Associate VP, Growth at Conway+, Merideth boasts a strong background in real estate marketing on both the client and agency side. She has led marketing efforts across a variety of U.S. and Canadian markets for numerous residential, office, and mixed-use projects, working with developers that include Related Companies, Skanska USA Commercial Development, and Columbia Property Trust. She was also a Senior Marketing Director with Douglas Elliman New Development Marketing in NYC. Merideth works with clients as a strategic partner to ensure their vision and business objectives are carried out from conception to implementation.
