Susana is an integral member of the Conway+ team and currently oversees all aspects of the agency's digital services. She's client facing, drives digital strategic direction, and manages a collaborative team of UX/UI designers, developers, project managers, and other digital specialists. Characterized for being driven, creative, and curious, Susana is always looking to learn new things and to challenge the conventional. Offering more than 20 years of experience in web design and development, she is also well-versed in the implementation and activation of e-commerce campaigns and the management of multi-country, multi-language digital products for large global corporations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami in International Finance and Marketing.
